• Lost cards: £10 replacement fee
• Bar discounts apply at Newcastle Greyhounds only, no other outlets or third-party vendors
• Admission discounts apply to standard fixtures only excludes premium/special event nights including Boxing Day
• 18+ only; ID may be required for alcohol purchase or entry
• Once purchased, Newcastle Greyhounds Racing Club Membership is non-refundable in full or part or creditable to another year.
• Misuse of the above may result in membership being cancelled with no refund
• In the event of any fixture being abandoned or held behind closed doors the refund policy is as set out on our website.
• Please note that no refund of any booking fee will be made under any circumstance.
• Hospitality packages will not be refunded for an abandoned fixture once service has commenced.
