One of the biggest questions for those attending the greyhound track is what to wear. We're a smart-casual kind of place, but at the very minimum we would like you to wear tops, bottoms and shoes! Trainers are fine and shorts in hot weather are a must!
We have lots of stag and hen parties and we do enjoy seeing the person of the hour dressed up to mark their occasion - but please make it tasteful. If you would like to run anything by us before you come please email info@newcastle-greyhounds.co.uk.

We would remind all racegoers that race meetings at Newcastle Greyhounds are predominantly outdoor events. We do have lots of indoor seating in the bar and restaurant areas however if you are thinking of going trackside. please be mindful of the weather when deciding what to wear.
